Classes and Training

Students will learn the basics of martial arts, including self-defense techniques, discipline, respect, and focus. They will also build strength, coordination, and confidence while having fun in a structured environment.

Our program primarily focuses onAmerican Freestyle Karate, American Kickboxing, Judo, Jujutsu, Wrestling, and Muay Thai, but we incorporate elements of other disciplines to give students a well-rounded martial arts experience.

Sparring is an optional activity and is typically introduced at a later stage, once students have developed the proper techniques and maturity. Safety and respect are always our top priorities.
